We fulfill our word and provide services as required by you within the agreed timeframes. You will be able to check progress and completion of any services requested through your private property web page where we will regularly record updates. We will always ask for your authorization before any additional services are carried out.
Good communication
From a distance you can check on the status of your property through our comprehensive online reporting service. You will have easy and confidential access – via a unique password – to a private web page on our website containing updates and information on your property. Your property web page will contain photos from our most recent visit to your property, updates on any damage, estimates for any required repairs, repair status, mail relating to the property and a log of all our recent communication. Confidentiality
We guarantee you absolute confidentiality in all transactions and communications. Only you will have access to the information relating to your property through a personal password. If you leave a copy of the keys of your property with us, they will be kept in a security box of the company.
